HISTORY AND TRADITION
Our philosophy since 1987 has always been to bring an ice cream that is genuine as “it was once”, and season after season, our ice cream shop has become a real meeting point for everyone, young and old, who wants to enjoy an italian gelato of high quality. For the perfect execution of our recipes we use the best ingredients that you can find on the market: milk and cream from the Alps, Domori chocolate, Italian hazelnuts, coffee from South America, vanilla Bourbon, peppermint from Piemonte, natural yoghurt from the farm, spices like ginger and cinnamon, lemons from Sicily, mango Alphonso from Asia, coconut from Sri Lanka. All our fruit sorbets and granitas have an average fruit content of 50%.
The quality of our handicraft product has been awarded with three prestigious awards at the Hotel Trade Fair – “Spatola d’Oro” competition: 2nd Place for Chestnut Ice Cream in 2014, 1st Place for Strawberry Ice Cream in 2016 and 2nd Place for Vanilla Ice Cream in 2018.
